6:00 AM – Rise and Shine
The day begins early at Knight Heating & Air Conditioning, as we serve communities throughout the Springfield metro area. After my morning coffee, I check my service schedule for the day, which includes stops in Nixa and Ozark.
7:30 AM – First Call
Our first customer in Nixa needs urgent furnace service. Winter mornings in Missouri can be unforgiving, and this family woke up to a cold house. After a thorough inspection, I identify a faulty igniter – a common issue that’s fortunately quick to resolve.
10:00 AM – Heater Installation
The next job takes me to Ozark, where we’re installing a new heating system for a growing family. These installations typically take several hours, requiring:
- Removal of old equipment
- Precise positioning of the new unit
- Careful connection of ductwork
- thorough testing of all components
2:30 PM – Emergency Call
A call comes in from Battlefield about a furnace making strange noises. These winter emergencies are our priority, as nobody should endure the cold Missouri weather without heat.
4:00 PM – Final Service
The day wraps up with routine maintenance in Republic. Regular furnace service helps prevent those dreaded emergency calls and keeps systems running efficiently through our challenging winters.
5:30 PM – Heading Home
After completing paperwork and preparing for tomorrow’s schedule, I head home knowing several more families will stay warm tonight. It’s satisfying work, especially during these cold Missouri winters when reliable heating matters most.
Remember, whether you’re in Springfield, Sparta, or anywhere in between, proper heating maintenance saves both money and comfort in the long run.
